Japanese keyword hack

Japanese pages under your domain?

It's called the Japanese keyword hack. Attackers add Japanese pages selling counterfeit goods on your domain. You may not see them when you open your site, but search engines do, and your customers' trust takes the hit.

I'll work on your site myselfWith everything made clear before work starts

Common signs

Noticing any of this?

A site:yourdomain search shows Japanese titles
A sitemap you didn't create
A strange new owner in Search Console
Search traffic dropped suddenly

How I work

Step by step, with your permission

An illustrative path; the details depend on each site and what we agree.

What you get

  • An inventory of injected pages
  • The page-generating code removed
  • Rogue Search Console owners removed
  • A clean sitemap
  • A follow-up guide for the weeks after cleanup

What I need from you

  • Your site address
  • A screenshot or link of a strange search result
  • Whether you have Google Search Console access
  • WordPress admin and hosting access once you approve the quote, changed again after handover.

Old results disappear on Google's schedule; nobody can promise you a date.

Japanese text doesn't always mean a hack, so I check first.

Real before-and-after cases

Questions

About this service

Because the code shows the content only to search engines, or hides it from logged-in users and direct visits, so the hack stays out of your sight for as long as possible.

No. The removal tool only hides URLs temporarily; if the code stays on the server, the pages come back in larger numbers. Cleanup starts on the server, then we move to Google.

They start dropping once the injected URLs return 404 or 410 and a clean sitemap is submitted. Google sets the pace, depending on how many pages there are, and I follow it with you in Search Console.

Yes. Thousands of fake pages eat your crawl budget, tie your name to spam, and can trigger a security warning in results. Cleaning up quickly protects your rankings.

Ideally yes, as an added user rather than an owner. It shows how many pages were indexed, lets me check no unknown owner was added, and lets me track the results disappearing after the cleanup.
