Site hacked? Let’s get it back, safely.

I clean your site down to the root: malware, Japanese and casino spam pages, and shady redirects. Then I close the hole the attacker came through, because cleaning alone isn't enough.

Everything made clear before work starts, and nothing to pay until you agree.

Start with what you see

What’s happening to your site?

Pick whatever is closest to what you're seeing, and you'll get the likely cause and what to do right now.

Japanese pages in Google under your name

Pages selling counterfeit goods show up in search, and you usually won't see them when you open your site. It's a known pattern, and it can be fixed.

Who will work on your site?

Me, personally.

I've been building WordPress sites for more than nine years: themes, plugins and WooCommerce stores. So I know WordPress from the inside, where injected code hides, and how to get your site working again without breaking what you've built.

Common questions

Got a question?

It depends on the size of the site and how deep the problem goes. Once you've described it and I've had a look, you get a clear quote. Nothing is charged before you agree.

At first, just your site address and a description of what you're seeing. Once you approve the quote, I ask for WordPress admin and hosting access, and I recommend changing the passwords after handover.

It depends on the size of the site and how deep the infection goes. You get an estimated timeline with the quote, and I start as soon as you agree.

I keep the site available as much as possible. If it needs to go offline or into maintenance mode for a while, I'll tell you beforehand.

Once they're removed and a recrawl is requested in Search Console, they drop out gradually. Google sets the pace, which varies by site, and I follow the results with you.

Yes. The recovery package includes seven days of follow-up after handover, plus a written summary of everything done and clear recommendations to stay protected.

I'll tell you honestly. Sometimes it's a misconfiguration or old search results, and you don't need a cleanup at all.

I specialise in WordPress and WooCommerce. If your site runs on something else, I'll tell you clearly whether I can help.

It usually comes back when the damage is cleaned but the way in stays open. That's why I look for how the attacker got in and deal with it. I won't promise permanent protection, because nobody honestly can.

Tell me what you're seeing on your site in your own words, no technical terms needed, and I'll tell you the next step clearly.
